Support the UK based offshore recruiters as a point of contact for all matters specific to your client / candidates
To build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships via service calling to maximize business levels.
To develop and maintain excellent candidate relationships
Ensure that all new candidates understand the policies.
Identify new candidates by Recruiting staff through headhunting, generating candidate leads and referrals.
Be the first point to manage and process candidate complaints / queries effectively within the set Agency guidelines for responses to ensure successful resolution thus emphasis to maintain candidates.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and objectives.
Proper use and documentation in software for any updates..
Be accessible at all times to efficiently deal with the demands of the portfolio.
To ensure you hit your daily KPIâs and meet daily expectations.
To represent OneCall24 in a professional manner at all times including the use of Social Media
To âSpeckâ staff in at every opportunity and this to form as a daily activity.
Negotiate pay rates with candidates to maximize profit.
Must have strong Customer Service Relations and Sales Recruitment Background
Excellent Communication Skills both Written and Oral in English
Assertive, Goal Driven, Strong willed
Can handle multiple tasks and still able to hit targets.
Must display a level of maturity at work when provided by positive / negative feedback from Supervisor and Manager
Can articulate himself well to candidates during queries
Requires MS Excel Skills (will undergo MS Excel Exam)
