JOB OBJECTIVE

To assist the Executive Team in staying up to date on project status and progress, as well as keeping various data spreadsheets and project boards current.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Effectively communicate with various Leadership team members on a regular basis.
  • Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders about project status, deadlines and / or roadblocks through our internal chat tool.
  • Manage and maintain multiple spreadsheets with current data.
  • Maintain Google Calendar events involving ongoing projects.
  • Update the organization chart regularly.
  • SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Preferably with Bachelor’s degree; must have undergone at least 2nd year of college level.
  • Must have a minimum 2 years of experience in the BPO industry handling an international account.
  • Have excellent writing and good speaking skills in English.
  • Knowledge in using spreadsheets and word documents such as Google Sheets, Google Docs, MS Excel, and MS Word.
  • Work exposure in complex back-office processes is highly preferred.
  • Experience in communicating directly with internal customers is a plus.
  • Willing to work on night shift.
