  • Activate Brokers in assigned sector
  • Develop good business relationship with Account Officers and Employee Benefit Heads.
  • Maintain visibility is assigned sector through regular visits and rounds
  • Provide Group Insurance business updates and opportunities
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of current market conditions both locally and nationally.
  • Help the acquisition of new business by identifying and exploring opportunities in the local market particularly Big Ticket & Jumbo Accounts
  • Job Specifications :

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably with experience in the same field
  • 2 to 3+ years of relevant experience particularly Broker Channel.
  • Exceptional product (Employee Benefit Group Medical), sales process and industry knowledge is required.
  • Negotiation, presentation and people skills.
  • Knowledge in Group Insurance Employee Benefit & Loan Protection Landscape.
