Overview :
This role acts as the Regional P&R Lead for the delivery of Global P&R processes for the location / region including the Annual Comp Review, grading, benchmarking, ING remuneration framework, LSPP program and performance management program etc.
Providing advice, guidance and compliance with the global LAP / RAF and IDS review process. Contributing to Global P&R projects including policy design, development and implementation.
Managing P&R system and structure set-up, configuration and implementation in line with global policies / principles and ensuring local legal and regulatory compliance e.
g. Workday compensation modules, WTW benchmark software tool.

Building good working relationships with key senior stakeholders
Providing opportunities, autonomy within own team to enable the enhancement of reward capabilities
Building local HR understanding of P&R so they can execute reward activities in the countries appropriately and accurately
If you are :
Someone with strong Reward background with good location / regional experience. As a guide, minimum 10 years of Reward related experience.
Able to effectively communicate and partner with colleagues within and outside of HR as well as with senior business stakeholders
Able to balance between business needs and governance requirement to advise effectively
Able to advise at both strategic and operation level
A hand-on person whose able to work effectively with a small team
Someone with good grasp of the market and regulatory trends and development in Asia / location
If you can :
Set the direction of the reward priorities for the IBSS location / region in agreement with local and global HR, P&R leaders as well as the management team / stakeholders
Drive global and regional initiatives in the location / region in partnership with local HR and the management team / stakeholders
Advise local HR on compensation, benefits and performance management related matters
Provide advice and support during business changes e.g. new business setup
Drive changes to existing reward programs by keeping abreast of local market and regulatory insights as well as global initiatives
Data owner responsibility for LSPP
Work with Finance on reward related financial requirement such as accruals
