Summary :

The Privacy Tech Analyst serves a lead tool administrator for the Privacy Office. This role is primarily responsible for effective configuration management of OneTrust SaaS tools production and test environments.

Key accountabilities include the following three areas. a) Maintain integrity of the tool’s core functionality of workflows, assessment automation, data repositories, hierarchies and interrelationships.

b) Write clear customized internal procedure guides based upon our use cases and diverse business models. c) As we mature our Privacy Tech deployment, the administrator will establish new processes, enable advanced reporting and metrics, and help develop technology roadmaps.

Job Details :

Support Privacy Office users by gathering requirements, researching, testing and recommending options and technical courses of action related to the Privacy Tech environment

  • Ensure functionality and scalability of our customized Prod & UAT instances of OneTrust tool;
  • Maintain and optimize Assessment Automation, Data Mapping, Inventories, Cookie, Privacy Core and other modules or Privacy Tech managed by Privacy Office via hand-on system administration

    Effectively create and maintain workflows, templates / template logic and all configuration rules

  • Support users across multiple business units with technical issues or procedural questions in a responsive and effective manner;
  • Develop and maintain customized procedure guides for a variety of user types / audiences

    Stay abreast of OneTrust release details and assess impact of changes; update UAT, test and make recommendations; maintain design documentation, including changes and customization

    Actively participate in the design of data integration to connect OneTrust and any other Privacy Tech to other systems. Maintain integrations once implemented.

    Create dashboards and custom reports to requirements; create internal KPIs for Privacy Tech

    Troubleshoot / resolve issues with the vendor(s); manage queue of support issues; document outcomes; develop working relationship with key vendor(s).
