Primary Responsibilities :
Areas of responsibility include HR policy / guideline development and interpretation, resolving employee grievance issues, new employee orientation, organizational and employee development, etc.
May also act as a strategic business partner to assigned operating unit, including counselling senior management on people-related initiatives.
Develops and administers proactive programs, procedures and policies related to employee relations activities. Responsibilities include auditing the organization to identify employee relations issues, investigating formal employee complaints and making recommendations to resolve issues, and compiling statistical reports and information.
Ensures that legal requirements are met in terms of employee relations to minimize exposure to liability.
Support the business through any organization changes and transformation processes as and when required
Candidate Education :
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
Candidate Background :
6 - 8 years of experience as HR Generalist & Operations preferably in Finance Shared Services / Shared Services Industry
Should have strong understanding of HR Concepts
Preferably have in-depth knowledge of local Statutory HR compliances and local labour laws such as
Labor Code of the Philippines and DOLE Statutory Audits and Reports
Expertise in HR policies and procedures
Strong interpersonal skills, stakeholder management and the ability to interface with employees with high level of professionalism and discretion
Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations
Demonstrated good verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
Able to work in a diverse work group in a global organization
Ability to identify and analyse needs, Sound judgment and problem solving abilities
