Duties and responsibilities :

•Manages the L1 and L2 Network Support for both Voice and Data.

•Provides ideas and recommendations on the design of the network to improve Network performance and reliabilty for optimal operations.

•Provide Authorized Users with technical support and advice regarding the proper use and functionality of Network Services

•Manage Network capacity based on current usage and forecasted demand

•Document all aspects of the Network Services such as design criteria, service acceptance and topology procedures

•Assisting in providing plans and design for network topology, addressing scheme and telecommunication's protocols

•Assisting in designing segmentation of Equipment, Network traffic and design features to sufficiently control and contain Network traffic levels

•Act as point of contact for users in the case of complicated Network Issues and Problems.

Qualifications :

•College graduate of any course

•with 5 Years minimum working experience as Network Lead, Network Engineer / Network Administrator

•Minimum CCNA Certified

•CCNP Certified (Preferred)

•Has advanced knowledge in Routing / Switching / VLANs / Trunking / STP, Enterprise Wireless Network and Wireless Controllers, VOIP technology (Call Manager / Subscriber / Publisher), designing multiple Tier network.

•Expert in working with Cisco and Huawei equipments.

•Certified but not required : CCDA / CCVA

•Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
