You willhave regional accountability to build and grow Western Union’s account payoutnetwork in the designated region.
You areexpected to implement business development and sales strategy along withtactical actions to generate new payout streams and rails, and optimizeexisting ones with the current partners across the region.

Directly engage in prospecting and managing salesand business development in the region
Drive transaction growth through developing andclosing new account partnerships - bank, wallet, and card
Use negotiating skills and creative sellingabilities to close on business and negotiate contracts
Understand the overall market dynamics, competitors’strengths and weaknesses, macroeconomic trends, supply and demand, etc.
andknow how to navigate or sell against them
Oversee and manage partner development meetings andoversee integrations or activations
Partner with key internal stakeholders to furtherenhance and optimize the APN offering
What youwill need to succeed
Bachelor’s degree holder
At least five years of relevant experience in engagingwith Banks, particularly with the following departments not limited toCorporate Banking, Financial Institution Department, Correspondent Banking
Working familiarity and exposure on BusinessDevelopment within Asia Pacific
Account Management Experience
Strong English Communication skills
Proven negotiation skills
Willing to work in Upper McKinley Hill Taguig
Flexible on work hours
Open for potential travel requirements
