URGENT Salesforce AnalystÂ
Cambridge University Press are looking for Salesforce professionals to join our growing application team. Currently we use Salesforce.
com as the main application platform for over 600 field based sales representatives, and around 140 global and local marketing executives.Â
The Sales and Marketing application team covers the full software lifecycle from business requirements, through solutions design, development, and testing, and finally into everyday service and support.Â
All candidates would be expected to contribute across the full lifecycle of solutions, but the day-to-day assignments may vary depending on skills and specialities.Â

â¢The role requires an ongoing commitment to learning and applying skills at a high pace. The role requires contact with end users across continents and time zones, so communication skills are essential.
Likewise, we expect our team to display an approachable and proactive attitude to service.Â
147; DEV 401. If you have hands-on experience that has not been certified, you would need to be able to demonstrate active knowledge during the hiring process.Â
â¢We need experience supporting users on the Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud (previously ExactTarget). Any additional experience e.
g. with the Service Cloud, Analytics, or Configure / Price / Quote (QPC) solutions would be beneficial.Â
â¢Our team needs individuals who understand data and integration patterns for CRM. Formal or informal education should include knowledge of database modelling and service oriented architectures.
Software development skills, e.g. with Java or C++ would be beneficial but not essential.Â
This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract role.Â
