Key Accountabilities :

Create and roll out paid media advertising campaigns

  • Manage ad accounts & analysis tools (such as Google analytics)
  • Campaigns target group segmentation
  • Managing deadlines ensuring successful launch of campaigns
  • Measure performance and deliver results that meet the objectives
  • Reporting on performance of advertising campaigns
  • Identify pain points to optimize the advertising campaigns
  • Manage the paid media marketing budget
  • Work with other functional teams such as the campaigns team and the design team to define the advertising plan
  • Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders on performance and objectives
  • Share and learn worldwide best practices, to mutually help marketing teams and achieve goals.
  • The Global Paid Media Marketer drives the user journey & experience, and acts as a Digital expert. He / she created & executes Digital Media plan and strives to deliver best in class digital marketing strategies & campaigns globally.

    Reporting to Global Marketing Project Manager and working closely with

  • Global Marketing Communication Team (Campaign & Internal Comms, Web, Marketing Automation and Design) inform and collaborate
  • Regional Marketing Communication Teams Digital Channels COP) support & collaborate
  • Support services through firm inc. all GECs co-operate where required
  • External agencies & partners management & work co-ordination
  • Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to :

  • As the Global Paid Media Marketer, you will join our Digital Marketing Channels team. You will leverage all viable social media advertising platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc.
  • and other Digital Marketing channels e.g. GDN, Search engines (Google, Bing) to support Arcadis’ digital marketing initiatives.

  • You will create and roll out successful advertising campaigns, execute a set of well-structured tests, and optimize performance over time against a clear set of performance goals.
  • The campaign objectives will be around brand building & (b2b) lead generation.

  • You will need to have experience in audience segmentation, creating advertising campaigns, A / B testing and excel in execution.
  • You will be highly innovative and comfortable driving campaign from conception through execution in a highly matrixed and global environment.

  • The Global Paid Media Marketer drives the user journey & experience, and acts as a Digital expert. He / she created & executes Digital Media plan and strives to deliver best in class digital marketing strategies & campaigns globally.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications, skills & experience :

  • Bachelor’s degree and proven work experience in marketing.
  • Minimum of 5 years work experience in digital / online marketing and advertising
  • Solid experience in delivering online advertising (Social / Display / SEA) and marketing strategies
  • Passion for digital marketing and a track record of delivering outstanding results
  • Experience in platform management (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Facebook business manager, Google marketing platform)
  • Experience in budget management & audience segmentation
  • Deep analytical abilities, understanding the advertising performance against objectives
  • Proven ability to dive deep and identify root cause gaps and drive solutions that improve the advertising efficiency and drive business results
  • Experience with A / B testing and statistics
  • Experience in web analytics
  • Ability to manage projects on rapid timelines
  • Experience in working in a highly matrixed environment
  • Work experience with internationally distributed teams is a plus
  • Work experience at a digital agency is a major advantage
  • Strong communication skills (fluent in English)
