A. Perform daily sales activities diligently.
Maximize customer potential through cross sell and upsell ortop-up. Conduct financial needs analysis and recommend customized solutions.

B. Build strong relationship management with Bancassurancestakeholders and customers.

Assist in processingwithdrawal of accounts, processing of home loan documents and coordination inHO. Maintain customer relationship thru anniversary call and birthday call.
Responsible for calling the customers from marketing campaign leads, andupdating these campaign leads.
C. Attend various professional development programs to buildone’s knowledge, skills and abilities that are required to effectively performthe role.
Complete the Onboarding Program encompassing technical andsoft skills (Products, Sales Process, Aftersales Training and Immersion inBackend or Contact Center).
Attend advance training offerings and designationprograms. Elicit feedback to promote customer experience improvement. Promotevarious payment channel and encourage change in payment method autodebit(credit card or bank account).
