1. Bachelor’s degree holder preferably in Psychology or Industrial Psychology / Education / Industrial Engineering / Business Administration
2. With at least six (6) months of On-the-Job Training experience in training management system implementation.
3. Must be knowledgeable on the following : *Training Management System*Group Dynamics*Human Resource Business Process
4. Must be proactive, creative, and highly strategic
5. With excellent interpersonal and communication skills
6. Well-organized and keen to details
