As a Talent Development Enablement specialist, you will be the second level support for queries related to HR talent development.
The main focus of this role is to implement development programmes in the region as well as to provide support function for talent development processes, standards and portfolio.
You will provide support for Training and development activities of Transaction Management Team APAC & Global. You will coordinate and support across businesses and sites in learning and development activities.
You will act as second level support for HR direct and development team and monitor all the cases continuously. You will also coordinate on training programmes and initiatives by managing end to end logistical support (ie.
scheduling, venues, payments). You will provide necessary tools or support needed for implementation of programmes and initiatives.
In addition, you will manage TD processes and requests (ie. Educ sponsorships).
You will have governance functions by ensuring adherence to Audit requirements, making sure all relevant documents are stored for audit purpose, establishing measures for talent development activities, providing regular feedback to vendors, supporting learning managers in contracting of vendors and ensuring vendor DB agreements are followed in implementation of initiatives.
You will also have reporting functions by executing or supporting reporting requirements, conducting data gathering (FGD) where necessary and analyzing data points and provides appropriate recommendation for roll out of programmes
We are looking for a candidate with a degree in Psychology or related space. It is highly preferred that you have an experience in learning and development and has an excellent understanding of training or programme implementation from concept to execution.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, both written and verbal, is an advantage. We are in need of a team player able to work in virtual global teams and in a matrix organization.
