  • More than 5 years of end to end recruitment & sourcing experience in a BPO / Call Center industry
  • Leadership skills, specifically coaching, development and influencing
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills and ability to discuss and influence stakeholders as needed.
  • Strong understanding of talent sourcing techniques and knowledge of technology (Boolean search logic, Outlook, Web, Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
  • Ability to interpret data from a variety of internal and external sources and predict trends
  • Knowledgeable with multiple sourcing strategies and techniques in mass recruitment
  • Must possess strong background in digital / social media recruitment
  • Should be able to operate with minimum instructions
  • Able to work gracefully under pressure in a timeline driven environment

  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
  • Build networks to find qualified passive candidates
  • Recommend and implement sourcing activities to meet targets and SLAs
  • Ensure wise utilization of company resources by maintaining average or within-budget Cost-Per-Hire as set by management and by monitoring & reviewing applicant response vs. Promotion / events cost.
  • Evaluate and propose any change in existing vendors and contractors to improve cost efficiency and overall effectiveness.
  • Locate and document where to find ideal candidates.
  • Aid public relations in establishing a recognizable employer of choice reputation for the company, both internally and externally.
  • Communicate with managers and employees regularly to establish rapport, gauge morale, and source new candidate leads.
  • Maintain regular contact with possible future candidates.
  • Mentoring and supporting each team member as necessary to achieve high performance.
  • Monitoring and managing all team activity on a continuous basis, ensuring appropriate distribution of workloads across the team
  • Stay informed of trends and innovative sourcing techniques in order to be competitive in cutting edge, state-of-the-art recruiting practices
