Leads and drives the planning and / or implementation of varied and multiple projects across the organization towards successful completion.

  • Manage and monitor the project plan to ensure successful completion of the plan activities and delivery of the project on schedule and against agreed measure of success.
  • Define the proper organization, resource requirements, hard and soft skills required of the resources, etc. to deliver the project to which he / she has been assigned.
  • Facilitate the definition of project missions, goals and tasks,resolve or assist in the resolution of conflicts within and between projects or functional areas.
  • Deliver quality and continuous improvement trainings such as the Service Delivery Quality Framework (SDQF), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Basic Documentation, etc.

  • Work cross-functionally to solve problems and implement changes.
  • Facilitate the definition of service levels and customer requirements. Interact regularly with existing or potential clients to determine their needs and to develop plans for improving delivery.
  • Executes special projects focusing on continuous improvement, corporate efficiency, and / or client satisfaction.
  • Establish, implement, and manage processes and procedures covering configuration management, including Change Control, Risk & Issues Management, Documentation Management and Quality Assurance.
  • Report immediately to one's immediate Manager and Information Security Officer any breaches or suspected breaches of the BPOI Information Security Policies
  • Graduate of any 4-year course preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent
  • Experienced in working with structured project management methodologies and quality systems and within a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Exposure in the business process outsourcing industry or shared services.
  • Familiar with HR Processes such as Timekeeping, Payroll and Benefits Administration.
  • Familiar with Finance and Accounting Processes such as but not limited to Bookkeeping, Accounts Receivables and Payables, etc.
  • At least 3 years project management experience, preferably in transitions of work scope and resources across multiple departments.
