The primary role of HR Assistant is to assist in over-all HR duties focusing on Recruitment and Employee Relations. She will assist in facilitating the end-to-end recruitment process.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesRecruitmentAssist in facilitating recruitment process starting from initial exam and interview until regularization.
Assist in preparing contracts, job offer, job duties and responsibilities, and evaluations of new employee.Ensure the new employee submit all pre-employment requirements Ensure that new employee are properly oriented and necessary initial tools.
Compile, monitor and track all recruitment statistics.Other tasks as may be assigned by team leaderEmployee Relations : Assist in checking and monitoring daily attendance.
Assist in drafting memorandum regarding new policies, holidays,etc.Other tasks as may be assigned by team leader. Preferably a graduate of BS Psychology or equivalentAt least two (2) years working experience in Recruitment and Staffing, Compensation and Benefit, Employee Relations, Payroll and Timekeeping, and Human Resource Management System.
Proficient in English language With strong leadership skill and can manage local employees
