facing software predominantly for use in the EMEA and Asia-Pacific region. The Role You will be responsible for managing medium-

to-high complexity projects from initiation to delivery. You will play a key role by serving as the central link between the business, clients, product team, architecture team, development team and other related internal and external teams that are impacted by the product and / or projects you are managing.

You will develop comprehensive project plans and manage teams in the delivery of multifaceted projects and other project management related responsibilities.

This includes developing and managing project plans, project risk and issue logs, creating and managing project dashboards, organizing and conducting meetings and tracking action items from those meetings.

In this role, you will be asked to help the development teams succeed by continuously gathering and providing as much contextually relevant information as possible and surfacing issues to key stakeholders.

You will be a constant presence for all colleagues across the projects or programs you manage; focus on what drives them toward success, and what challenges them in meeting their objectives.

team communication. The Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project or Program Manager focused on software development (strong preference for Agile-

Scrum SDLC experience). Proven leadership experience in achieving successful project outcomes.Track record of delivering strong results in large scale / complex software development projects.

Strong technical, project management, business analysis and organizational skills.Experience with processes of strategic planning and management, process improvement, change / scope management, conflict resolution, resource planning and utilization.

Ability to develop project plans, manage individual deadlines and goals, including project metrics and dashboards.Hands-on management of projects and their outcomes, rather than passively collecting and reporting metrics.

Strong ability to identify potential issues and dependencies early.Quickly facilitates mitigation plans, alternative approaches and communication of risks.

Fully committed to transparency in all situations.Strong verbal, written, interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.

Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences both in written and verbal form; ability to clearly and confidently explain new concepts to audiences.

Understanding of the basic fundamentals of iterative development as well as backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, and task definition.

Preference for Agile certifications (scrum master or product owner or agile practitioner).Self-starter attitude and ability to build a strong rapport and trust with resources in several functional areas.

Adeptness at learning new technology and tools.Detail oriented with excellent communication skills.BS / BA degree or relevant experience.
