Be responsible for the administrative tasks, contract management and purchasing process
Assist to Manage project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished on time and projects achieve the expected result using standardized operational KPIs
Monitor the contract arrangement between landlord and company
Managing the supplier database ensuring transparency of spending
Support to implementing efficient sourcing and procurement strategies
Analyzing and calculating costs of procurement and suggesting methods to decrease expenditure
Manage, design and deliver training programs, material and tools to assess, diagnose, and measure the effectiveness of training programs and use results to suggest creative training solutions
Daily, weekly and monthly reporting to management on team performance, all pending tasks update, new opening forecast and other KPI measurements
Assist immediate superior to any admin related tasks
Perform other duties assigned by management
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration or related fields
Minimum 2 years of experience in Express support or proven experience as new branches support management
Proficient in Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint
Good command in English is preferred
Strong project management and leadership skills
Ability to negotiate and sustain networking relationships
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Able to work in a rapidly changing environment while considering new and untested approaches
Willing to work at Robinsons Cyber Sigma, Lawton Ave., McKinley West, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City for 6 days per week.
Can start immediately.
