friendly coworking company. Our highly respected client is seeking an executive with at least 2 years' experience in the real estate sector in customer service for the job of Community Associate.
The job is based in Makati City, Philippines.Key job responsibilities include : Manage multiple tasks at a time and prioritize workload to ensure that project timelines are met.
Serve as primary point of contact for all external contractors.Substantial involvement during Construction, Staging and Closeout to insure construction completion and finalize invoicing.
Work across departments to roll out new initiatives and meeting targets.Present known or discovered pain points and bottlenecks to the appropriate stakeholders and build consensus toward a solution.
Assist with building operations and maintenance to ensure highest level of member experienceConduct quality control walkthroughs to address immediate issues, preempt potential future issues and identify areas for improvement when required.
Oversee the daily ordering and receipt of product from vendors.Train Community Assistant, Facility Lead and other team members with regards to audio and video equipment on site.
Daily oversight of facilities budgets and spendingJob Requirements : Ability to work independently.+3 years of experience in overseeing the maintenance function for at least one location.
Good knowledge of plumbing, fire and life safety systems and electrical distribution networks.High organizational skills.
Ability to multitask.Strong time management.Excellent communication (verbal / written) skills.2-year technical degree or 4-
