Job Purpose :
The Position is responsible for ideating, developing and validating new product bundles for the Asia Pacific markets in the assigned category / segment (Oral Care, Freshness).
To build a pipeline based on consumer insights in line with the Equity / Brand growth strategy.
Roles & Responsibilities :

Identifies and articulates consumer insights to create new-concept ideas and business opportunities
Leverages new technologies, strategies and processes to capture value add opportunities (e.g. new claims, products, flavor, packaging)
Lead concept and bundle development with cross-functional teams
Delivers effective IMC Campaigns; develops clear and persuasive strategies and campaign ideas
Management of multiple projects utilizing tools to efficiently and effectively monitor progress of projects and keep within agreed timetables
Education Qualification & Experience required :
Bachelor's Degree or above
Minimum 8 years of Marketing brand management and / or innovation experience in consumer goods industry
Implementation of at least one business building initiative, e.g. new product launch, relaunch, packaging change, promotional program, etc.
Key involvement in business analysis, marketing plan development, and cross-functional project management
