The Talent Coordinator serves as the liaison between the talent management office and the caster, client, or advertising agency.
She handles all talent requirements, looks for the talents needed, and and she helps the talent manager negotiate contract agreements and she makes sure the talent is paid rightfully.

Must know how to create simple setcard layout in Photoshop and make simple video edits using free third-party apps,She must be able to have a good command of the English and Tagalog language.
She must be organized and patient, and can work and coordinate well under numerous talent requirements.
