Willing to work in shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
Answering incoming calls from customers
Resolving customer inquiries / requests
Developing and maintaining accurate files
Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
Utilizing various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
Providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner
At least 18 years of age
At least HS Graduate or SHS Graduate
A Filipino citizen or hold relevant status
Must possess basic web navigation skills
With good-excellent communication skills
Must be conversant, energetic and emphatic, able to ask logical questions
Able to multi-task
Must have an ability to understand the customer’s needs.
Willing to start immediately
