About the Role :
World Remit is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to support our busy HRBP team. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about all things "people" and will work as part of our small generalist team to deliver outstanding employee experiences.
The ideal candidate is highly motivated with a positive attitude who can exhibit great teamwork, and emotional intelligence.
The role will report to the Head of HR based in Cebu.
Engage and educate employees and managers around HR policies and programs; providing coaching and advice, where necessary
Participate in talent management discussions, ensuring that management team are effectively identifying talents or critical resources within the department;
provides guidance and advise to line managers in preparing actionable plans in retaining, motivating, rewarding and developing key talents in the business units.
Support the administration of and action resulting from Employee Engagement Survey and assist line management in the development of and driving initiatives as a result of the analyses
Support the Talent team in sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, arranging assessment events and interviews, as needed during volume / mass hiring
Provide ad hoc support for reporting and analytics as required
Support other local processes, projects and the wider HR team on global initiatives
Participate in HR policy reviews and updates; provide inputs for the updating of HR policies, systems and procedures.
Participate in company-wide monthly and annual employee programs and other facility initiatives such as OSH, CSR, etc
Administer the Reward and Recognition programs of the company; works closely with line managers in implementing other initiatives on rewarding and celebrating small and big wins
Perform other tasks related to employee life cycle by : handling on-boarding process : tracking and monitoring of probationary periods;
preparation of regularization letters and update employment status in the systemmanaging off-boarding process : conducting exit interviews (online and face-to-face), facilitating exit documents, system and IT updates, etc
Summary of Required Experience & Attributes :
At least five (5) years of HR generalist role in a medium to large multinational company, preferably in a call center industry
Thrive in a fast paced, diverse and evolving environment
Have high attention to detail
Have proven coaching skills in the ER space
Ability to multi task and prioritise
Be adaptable to change
Be comfortable with ambiguity and have the ability to work autonomously with minimal direction if needed
Use simple, engaging and appropriate ways to influence and communicate
Have a hands on approach
Be a team player
Fluent in business English (written and spoken)
Relevant HR Qualification (will consider experience as an alternative)
Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
