KEY RESULT AREAS AND SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide Basic Healthcare to Employees
â¢Aid individual employees with immediate health concerns during work hours, whether by assessing health, administering emergency care, or providing medication or treatment.
â¢Bring to the employeeâs attention if he / she is found to have a pressing health concern in the Annual Physical Examination or Pre-
Employment Medical Examination.
â¢Maintain the company clinic and other designated healthcare spaces and organize the healthcare supplies to ensure that primary care can be provided at all times.
â¢Collaborate with the employeeâs physician(s) and other healthcare providers to provide optimal care.
Recommends Organization-Wide Programs
â¢Organize the Annual Physical Examination for incumbent employees and the Pre-Employment Medical Examination for newly hired employees.
â¢Maintain records of examination results.
â¢Maintain records of interactions with employees who ask for healthcare aid.
â¢Analyze records to monitor employee well-being, and identify trends that might lead to the discovery of occupational hazards.
â¢Report metrics of occupational well-being.
â¢Recommend targeted programs based on analyses to promote well-being and / or address occupational hazards.
â¢Raise healthcare awareness not only based on internal analyses, but also on national healthcare issues and seasonality.
â¢Keep professional knowledge up-to-date.
â¢Strictly comply with the Data Privacy Act by safeguarding employee healthcare information.
â¢Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
â¢Candidate must possess at least a Bachelorâs / College Degree in Nursing (or any similar course).
â¢Candidate must be a Registered Nurse with an active nursing license.
â¢Candidate must possess Basic Occupational Safety and Health certification.
â¢Candidate must possess at least three (3) years of work-related experience in occupational nursing.
â¢Candidate must possess excellent communication skills.
â¢Candidate must display ability to maintain and analyze healthcare data and recommend appropriate interventions.
â¢Candidate must be amenable to a shifting schedule.
â¢Candidate must be willing to be assigned to the companyâs delivery centers.
