We need people to join us that understand technology, consulting, or come from a dynamic environment.

You will provide excellent back-office services to Candidates, Amdocs employees, Hiring Managers and Recruiting (TA) team, to enable detailed and efficient end-to-end TA processes for region.

This role will also provide support in sourcing, and to find innovative ways to locate and engage top passive talents in the marketplace to support our demanding pipeline.

You will develop strong working relationships with Talent Acquisition Partners (TAPs) and hiring managers they support.

What will your job look like?

  • Partner with TAPs to build and implement sourcing strategies to build candidate pipeline
  • Execute sourcing strategies in networking, applicant pools, social media, Boolean and database searches, cold calling, blogs, directories, etc.
  • Conduct validation and present top candidates to the TAPs for further consideration
  • Continuously have to coordinate, prioritize and follow up very detailed different administrative activities as Interviews Scheduling, Background check process coordination, Cognitive & Behavioral Test Administration, etc.
  • Remain current on competitor hiring practices and market trends through market intelligence gathering
  • Build and maintain credibility by understanding job types and job roles across the organization
  • Proactively build community relationships and execute creative and innovative sourcing strategies
  • Actively participating in social networking such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and improved sourcing techniques to identify candidates
  • Join intake sessions to establish relationships and learn roles as well as coordinating with Hiring Managers as to the endorsement of candidates, feedback and interview scheduling.

  • Ability to display sourcing talent and demonstrate how to handle tough-to-fill & specialized roles
  • Ability to understand and articulate the job requirements, culture, etc. that are crucial in making a successful hire
  • Proactive in making an impact and sourcing top talent within telecommunications space
  • Know how to prioritize and enjoy cross collaboration, but also thrive in an autonomous environment
  • Strong social skills and will collaborate and work in a team setting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Build trust and understand partnering with TAPs and hiring managers to identify high-quality and diverse talent pools / leads through proactive research techniques
  • 3 years of demonstrable experience that drive the talent pipeline in a high growth environment that focus on technology
  • Experience with candidate screening and interviewing including behavioral interviewing techniques
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Understanding of technology, ability to read and understand technical requirements, and background in technical sourcing space is an advantage
  • Pipeline passive talent by using research, complex internet searches, social media, and networking
