Job Description

  • Searching for new clients who could benefit from your products in a designated region
  • Travelling to visit potential clients
  • Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
  • Managing and interpreting customer engineering requirements
  • Persuading clients that our product or service will best satisfy their needs
  • Calculating client quotations
  • Negotiating tender and contract terms
  • Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions
  • Administering client accounts
  • Analyzing costs and project sales
  • Preparing reports for head office
  • Meeting regular project sales targets
  • Recording and maintaining client contact data
  • Co-ordinating sales projects
  • Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product or project will meet client needs
  • Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education
  • Liaising with other members of the sales and support team and other technical experts
  • Solving client problems
  • Helping in the design of custom-made products
  • Providing training and producing support material for the sales team
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's / College Degree with a Professional License (Passed Board / Bar / Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical / Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s) : project management, documentation, analytical, problem solving, AutoCad.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Engineering - Civil / Construction / Structural or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
  • Applicants must be willing to work at Magallanes,Makati City (also willing to relocate to Makati)
