As a Pharmacy Project Manager, you will contribute to a wide variety of pharmacy projects involving the design

and ongoing management of pharmacy benefit programs. You will serve as the project manager on select

projects, interface with vendors and key clients internally and externally, create client deliverables, and ensure

quality standards are met. You will have the opportunity to significantly grow your pharmacy and broader health

and benefits business acumen as well as your project management and client relationship skills by working on

cutting edge projects alongside leaders in the industry.

The Role

  • Serve as the Project Manager and main liaison to the pharmacy consultant and local H&B teams on WTW
  • clients, which includes the following :

    o Management of clients and PBM teams serviced by the WTW Pharmacy Practice

    o Scheduling and managing status call for active engagements

    o Ensuring appropriate and effective communication among team members and the client

    o Pharmacy benefit plan analysis, design, and cost savings strategies

    o Audits of PBM performance (financial and operational)

    o Partner with Consultants to deliver superior project management on select clients

    o Conduct benchmarking studies and other research; provide value added analyses and summaries

    o Analyze and compare vendor products, services, and contracts

    o Design, distribute and evaluate responses to surveys and RFPs

    o Build relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams

    o Review analytical work, produce high quality deliverables

    o Contribute to the development of new intellectual capital

  • Build strong relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams

  • Qualifications : Graduate

    Skills :

  • Excellent communication skills along with strong writing and editing skills.
  • Proficiency in English language
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Strong critical thinking capabilities and the willingness to apply skills proactively
  • Ability to manage multiple projects / assignments at the same time
  • Possesses a desire to ask questions to deliver a better work product
  • Interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with a wide range of positions within the
  • organization

  • Team player with ability to work in a group and independently
  • Experience :

  • A background in Human Capital and / or knowledge of health and welfare programs (preferred)
  • Prior experience working with US based consulting, pharmacy benefit management or health
  • care firm (preferred)
