The Cash Reconciliations SME’s primary responsibility is to investigate and resolve capital events, redemptions, withdrawal, contributions, and fund distribution / reinvestment related breaks within Manulife Investment Operations’ key reconciliations.
This will span reconciliations between Investment Book of Records vs Accounting Books of Record as well as custodian cash, valuation statements and both internal and external data providers.
The SME will focus both on transaction level breaks as well as analyze trends and root causes that may involve market practice, transfer agency and internal system / sales behavior, reference and static data as well as transaction and trade flows.
