YOU ARE GREAT AT :
Motivate and lead a team of Payroll professionals to ensure the most efficient day-to-day operations of the Payroll team.
Consistently meets expectations of managing the delivery of day-to-day payroll operations and lead to support role in all efforts around HR Shared Services metrics, audits, spotting trends.
Oversee and adhere to regulatory reporting in various government jurisdictions and remain current with local requirements.
Development of systems and process within the Global Payroll structure to support rapid growth of the region.
Implement alignment with designs for corporate mobility policies and guidelines and manages programs to facilitate employee relocations and expatriate assignments.
Serves as back-up leader in the absence of Supervisor / Manager, HRSS (Tier 1)
WHAT IT TAKES :
6-9 years of mostly relevant experience in HR and Payroll operations or shared service model (must have supported countries globally and preferably exposed in knowledge / process transition activities).
Highly developed professional / technical skills are needed to perform the job.
Excellent knowledge of APAC Payroll processes
Previous experience in Payroll accounting management (general ledger entries, balance sheet account reconciliations, etc.)
Previous experience working at a management level within a large, global organization
Previous experience managing staff in multiple locations, in multiple countries
Ability to set, track and measure goals
