As a member of the Customer Care Operations Team, you are responsible for responding to incoming requests for assistance.

Position requires excellent communication skills, self-motivation and a curiosity.

Position reports to the Senior Member, Customer Care Operations Team.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Technical background in systems and applicationsSalesforce experience preferredGainsight exposureCoveo or any search engineHTMLReport Writing
  • Customer Service background
  • Building out reports
  • Self motivated
  • Detail oriented
  • Understand, research, and apply system and data analysis skills to formulate solutions to requests for service
  • Commitment to team success and collaboration
  • Qualifications

  • Business experience : 7-10 Years
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to respond quickly and effectively in system emergent situations
  • Must demonstrate analytical thinking within one’s own area of responsibility
  • Must consult and work effectively with peers, direct manager and senior management
  • Works under general supervision but must be able to work independently
  • Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in usage of any ticketing system
  • Experience with Chat bots desirable
  • Experience with HTML desirable
