THE ROLE

Plan, manage and execute partner marketing initiatives within budgetary guidelines and deadlines across regions such as (but not limited to) webinars, events, newsletters, social media, EDMs, and other relevant content.

Develop and maintain regular partner communications through online forums, newsletters, executive communications and blogs.

Develop and manage all partner communications content, calendar, email sequence, track performance, manage contacts, optimize and generate reports

Plan and implement partner events across regions collaborating with internal and external resources to ensure smooth execution with a post-event report and analysis.

Promote solutions and brand positioning with partners (research industry trends and support in identifying messaging, value proposition for partner’s product / solution as it fits into GTM campaigns)

Translate complex partner technology and architectures into business-relevant solutions, collateral, and marketing initiatives that will have a measurable impact on eWave

Segment database as per partner activities per region.

Support the design and the execution of demand generation and nurture campaigns

Support to define, implement and report on metrics to track all partner marketing performance and effectiveness

Understand partner’s marketing requirements and processes.

Probe, assess and pitch co-marketing opportunities with partners and secure MDF

Probe and assess new potential partners that can generate additional leads and opportunities for the business

Help to ensure timely claiming and payment of receivables

THE CANDIDATE

BA or BS in Business, Marketing or a related degree

Minimum 5 years Marketing experience in corporate / B2B environment / agency (tech industry preferred)

Experience building and driving partner marketing strategies and execution tactics

Good understanding of partner business models, digital transformation business drivers, emerging commerce trends

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, exceptional storytelling, including speeches and presentations.

Results-driven with a consistent record of delivering on company growth through partner management strategies

Ambitious, self-starter, thrives in a fast-paced environment, effectively manages priorities

Experienced in planning, strategic thinking, business savvy, execution excellence, detail-oriented

Experience in CRM / Marketing / Email marketing tools such as Hubspot / ActiveCampaign, or other similar platforms.

Experience in campaign analytics and optimization

Good to have some knowledge or experience on platforms such as Salesforce, Adobe Commerce, Commercetools, Marketplacer, Akeneo
