Job Summary Facilitate and deliver certification classes and training courses

Duties / Responsibilities Provide coaching, counseling and feedback to trainees and assess their performance while in the training program

Supervise training class by assessing skills and knowledge of participants, monitoring attendance and implementing training policies and guidelines

Create and deliver knowledge assessments to test employee s retention and application

Ensure that all necessary files and records are documented accordingly during training sessions

Secure course evaluation and trainer feedback from participants for overall program assessment

Consult with program participants, management and operational departments to evaluate impact of training program

Calibrate with Training unit to ensure alignment of training delivery and content

Work with other departments for specific training requirements

Manage training programs by tracking and reviewing compliance, coordinating schedules and facilitators, and policy implementation as assigned

Participate in course design and development based on approved Training Master Plan

Participate in the conduct of needs analysis to design and recommend appropriate training programs

Participate in the evaluation of training programs and initiatives

Certify trainers on conducting leadership development courses

Implement programs and initiatives to help employees create and manage personal development and career plans

Provide career planning consultations and recommend internal development opportunities, training and educational programs, as needed Qualifications : Working knowledge of competency framework and systems

Knowledge of career planning process

Knowledge of training concepts and principles

Knowledge of adult educational concepts

Knowledge in conducting trainer certification

Computer proficiency

Bachelor s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science or any business-related course

At least 3 years in organization development with experience in facilitating training in supervisory capacity, preferably in a call center environment
