In these roles, you will be responsible for :

  • Answer incoming phone calls from healthcare providers regarding benefits and eligibility, billing and payments, authorizations for treatment, explanation of benefits, etc.
  • Create written correspondence if issues were not resolved during the call
  • Conduct provider outreach phone calls to collect missing information from medical providers.
  • Route inquiries needing further investigation to the appropriate department and conduct routine case checks as needed.
  • Complete all relevant documentation necessary to track provider issues and facilitate the reporting of overall trends.
  • Requirements for this role include :

  • Ability to work regularly scheduled shifts from Monday to Friday, 8PM to 5AM Eastern Standard Time.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent that required 3+ years of formal studies using English language as a medium of communication.
  • 1+ year(s) of healthcare industry experience in a Provider (hospital / doctor’s office)
  • The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, resources may have to do overtime and work on weekend’s basis business requirement.
