Handle the daily operations of all e-commerce platforms and work closely with online partners- Maintain all e-commerce platforms and websites.
Create high conversion landing pages, implement UI / UX improvements, use basic 3rd party integration and basic hard coding- Run Facebook and Google ads in order to introduce e-commerce channels, increase conversion and drive continuous traffic- Create and upload graphic contents (banners, product photos, videos, infographics) in all e-commerce platforms to increase conversion - Create and send newsletter graphic content (Mailchimp)- Generate monthly sales report of all e-commerce platforms.
Coordinate with online partners (stock replenishment, new product entry / pull out, inventory, stock allocation, etc.) and partner couriers (pickups and deliveries)- Manage customer inquiries and complaints- Report to and work with the Online Operations Coordinator to analyze customer behavior and observe competitors to adjust online campaigns and continuously improve customers’ shopping experience.
Assist in planning and implementing promos and campaigns for online stores- Assist in checking inventory and monitor failed deliveries, returns or exchanges- Must be a Graduate of any Bachelor'
s Degree- Knowledgeable in e-commerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee) and websites (Shopify)- Must have experience in Digital Marketing such as Social Media Management, Content Marketing, etc.
Familiarity with Google Ad Words, Mailchimp and Search Engine Optimization- Ability to operate and create collaterals using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator- Creative, flexible and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines- Preferably with interest and knowledge in beauty, cosmetics, skincare or personal care.
