Responsibilities :

  • Effectively sell the company's products and services by being adequately knowledgeable in the company's capabilities; staying abreast of relevant market trends;
  • maintaining a healthy pipeline of customer prospects; establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions to said prospects.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients by regularly connecting / meeting with said clients;
  • providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending revenue and service improvements.

  • Achieve GMV (Gross Merchant Value) and Revenue goals through consultative selling, accurately understanding customer needs, identifying customer pain points;
  • effectively leveraging Company capabilities to address these, and developing programs to reach maximum customer satisfaction.

  • Develop and implement an annual business plan for the sales department; ensure that the plan is followed; continually analyze the market and the competition, and be quick to adjust on a tactical level as and where needed.
  • Prepare comprehensive and useful reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Study local and global trends related to payments, digital goods, remittances / payouts, issuing, and any other relevant area and initiate new ideas / innovations applicable to the Business.
  • Manage each and every step of implementation from the documentation, conducting workshops to integration and testing and ensuring the successful deployment of such solutions.
  • Take the lead in addressing and managing all ongoing issues and problems that customers may raise pertaining to the use and performance of said solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records.
  • Any other task that may be assigned from time to time.
  • Minimum Requirements

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Preferably at least 1 year in a sales role, preferably from merchant acquiring in the e-commerce industry, payments, web or mobile solution.
  • One-year sales role with other industries is a plus
  • Strong customer relations skills; strong understanding and appreciation of the financial and technical aspects of payments and eCommerce.
  • Excellent skills in chasing leads and closing deals.
  • Effective writing skills with the ability to support the development of technically focused, solutions-oriented sales proposals.
  • With general computer knowledge, spreadsheet, and presentation software
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability and desire to discuss product solutions and technical aspects with multiple levels (C-Level Executives to Functional Managers and IT).
  • Strong understanding and appreciation of the financial and technical aspects of payments and eCommerce.
  • High organizational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time.
  • Strong organizational skills, rational thinking, initiative, team-player qualities, and a keen focus on results.
  • Strong work ethic and can-do attitude with the ability to work well both independently and as a proactive team member.
