    Position Summary

    This position reports to Manager, Recruiting and is responsible for providing administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, and general assistance to various HR teams.

    Due to the high level of customer service expected, this position requires a dynamic, motivated team player who easily adapts to change and takes initiative to assess the needs of the department and company and offers suggestions to further HR business initiatives.

    Also, demonstrates the ability to work independently, meet strict deadlines, and detailed oriented in order to be successful in this role.

    Other duties as assigned.

    Support :

  • Assist with all day-to-day operations of the HR Department to include reporting, data collection, data analytics, presentations, and event planning.
  • Provide administrative support as requested.
  • Support all referenced groups with technical, vendor related, and / or any other process concerns.
  • Complete special projects within other HR departments, including implementation efforts through project coordination and training.
  • Primary Talent Acquisition focus is to provide support to the Corporate Office(s) to include, but not limited to, assistance with the requisition approval, sourcing, schedule interviews, setup interview itineraries, and any other administrative duties related to the interviewing / hiring process.
  • Retain accurate candidate tracking records and any other applicable reports and / or documentation related to the talent acquisition function.
  • Maintain confidential HR files and various databases (hard and soft copies)
  • Accurately perform data entry, maintenance, and auditing of files, records, and systems
  • Keep the Human Resources leadership informed on all pertinent information and any irregularities.
  • Provide timely and accurate project feedback to team members via diverse modes of communications

    Education Required

    Student currently majoring in Human Resources, Business, Management, Sociology, Psychology, or other relevant area strongly preferred.

    Experience Required

    Junior or Senior in college majoring in Human Resources, Business Management, Sociology, Psychology, or other relevant area.

    Knowledge Required

    Excellent written and verbal communications skills; adaptability and flexibility to changing environment; and comfortable working in a dynamic, high volume, fast-paced environment.

    Ability to understand and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and laws governing our industry / business and products.

    Ability to develop and maintain business relationships. Knowledge of and / or ability to quickly master a variety of computer programs and resources (PeopleSoft, SuccessFactors, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.

    pertinent to talent acquisition and HR function.
