Job Requirements :

  • Collect and track customer reporting of revenue transactions
  • Reconcile customer reporting against internal data
  • Maintain revenue tracking workbooks for journal entry support
  • Collaborate closely with Business Development to understand monthly fluctuations and changes in pricing
  • Assist in the automation of revenue accounting processes
  • Work closely with external auditors during audit by preparing requested information and addressing auditor inquiries
  • Have an eye toward process improvement as we strive to improve efficiency at all levels
  • Pick up projects and ad-hoc tasks as they arise
  • Qualifications :

  • Candidate must be a graduate of any related 4 year course.
  • With at least 2-3 years accounting experience.
  • High competency in Microsoft Excel a must
  • Strong work ethic, professional attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
  • Great attention to detail to produce accurate work
  • Experience working in a cross-functional environment with Oracle Cloud or equivalent ERP is a strong plus
  • Experience in SQL is a plus, but not required; willingness to learn is a must
  • A team player who is proactive communicating with people at different levels within the organization to get the job done
  • Detail oriented and committed to the highest quality work product
  • Comfortable with large data sets; able to analyze data in multiple formats
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including analytical, problem-solving, verbal, listening and written communication, when collaborating both internally and externally
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactively thinking of ways to always improve the current process for better efficiency and accuracy
  • CPA is a plus.
  • Can start ASAP.
