As an Employee Services Rep II , you’ll serve an important role in our HR Employees Services group. The incumbent will play a key role in our business processes and be a significant contributor to projects focused on business data comprehension and system automation.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following :
Guides managers and employees to new direct access tools such as web-based portals for automated processes, transactions and functions, and supports their use.
Trains and answers questions on policies, practices, and process using HR Ticketing System (Footprints).
Maintains business process and organization structure in Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
Works with HR-IT team on projects that involve changes to business process and employee data.
Takes initiative to research questions and interprets policies where clear-cut procedures do not exist.
Documents processes for future training and updates guides as changes are made, ensuring global communication of changes to Human Resources, Managers, Admins and other user groups.
Works with all HR business partners as an employee advocate to ensure that our practices are consistent with our core values.
Conducts audits of employee data and transactions running through HRIS.
Assists with any HR compliance needs, meeting deadlines and requirements set forth by state and federal agencies.
Bachelor’s degree preferred and a minimum of five (5) years related work experience in human resources.

Knowledge of federal regulations, and commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the HR field.
Experience with multistate laws and regulations including CA, OR and TX desired.
Requires advanced computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills.
Excellent customer service skills with emphasis on customer satisfaction.
Ability to deal with ambiguity.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
Must be able to work with interruptions and deal effectively with confidential information.
Previous experience with Payroll / HRIS systems preferred.
Workday (HRIS), Success Factors (Performance Management) and ADP (Payroll) experience is a plus.
