Scope of Work :
Consult with client to identify and define client business need, determine a solution, and maintain / develop a proposal up-
to-date understanding of industry trends and technical developments that affect target markets service offerings.
Successfully and professionally deliver services to clients.
Maintain account and opportunity forecasting.
Provide training and guidance to site staffs.
Maintain collaboration relation on behalf of C&W with client collaborators.
Establish and maintain good relation and effective communication with the customers and develop strong relationship with all key personnel in client’s organization.
To be able to introduce team enhancements of the service level that would lead to savings and excellence in service.
To be able to monitor budget and expenses accordingly.
Candidate must be a Licensed Engineer ( Civil , Electrical , Mechanical , Electronics & Communications )
At least 10 year(s) of working experience in Faclities Management is required for this position. Five(5) of which should already be in the managerial position, managing numerous staff personnel.
Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Maintenance / Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent.
