This position is responsible for the main workload of the creative team's daily work. The incumbent needs to clearly understand the standards that Ogilvy has always adhered to in terms of creativity, and strive to exceed those expectations.
Regardless of the art or copywriting, ACD has been regarded as a position with comprehensive creative skills. In their daily work, they are a good helper of the CD and the main force of the operation team.
He / she should have very good proposal abilities, and lead the team in completing some medium-important proposals. It is also necessary to supervise the work on behalf of customers and agents in the production and filming of third-party projects.
