The Campaign Analyst position is responsible for helping the B2B marketing team execute successful campaigns by ensuring we are targeting the right audience by 1) making the most of our existing lead database and 2) working closely with the research team to plan and develop the audiences of future campaigns.

Furthermore this role will be the go-to campaign analytics expert for B2B, and providing assistance and troubleshooting campaigns where needed.

This position will ensure campaign systems are being used effectively and consistently across regions.

Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Work with marketers across the department to define & build target audience(s), plan effective email campaigns, agree KPIs for success
  • Prepare useful weekly and monthly reports on successes to inform future campaigns.
  • Post-campaign analysis and on-going optimization
  • Manage development, progress and delivery of high quality prospect lists with the research team
  • Support the B2B marketing team in coordinating campaigns to ensure marketing operations are delivered and reported consistently and accurately
  • Responsible for monitoring and benchmarking competitor campaign activity
  • Manage the FT’s relationship with consultants and the email platforms & brand team to ensure brand & reputation is protected in all communications
  • Ensure that email briefs are produced for internal designers to support template development in line with best practice
  • Ensure best deliverability practices by building, testing and monitoring sent emails, ensuring that they function correctly across all major email clients and devices
  • Champion continuous improvement of email programs to drive performance against KPIs
  • Influence and contribute to the creative development of any projects relating to our digital marketing.
