employment tests to applicants who pass the initial interview. Refers applicants who meet pre-employment test requirements to requisitioning department for interview.
Endorses applicants who pass the department interview to the office of the EVP for final interview. Endorses successful candidates to the clinic for medical and physical examination.
Informs and gives directions to candidates regarding all necessary employment requirements. Prepares and issues all necessary documents for employment, e.
g., ID card, contract, endorsement letter, etc. Encodes new employee information in the HRIS. Prepares employment contracts for all proby & PH employees and the tracking of PH renewal / contracts.
Monitors the performance of probationary employees by sending out the necessary evaluation forms. Responsible for processing clearance and preparing quit claims of resigned employees.
Assist in the day-to-day operations of the HR office and ensures that good housekeeping and records management practices are followed.
Does any HR-related work that may be assigned from time to time. Minimum Qualifications : Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's / College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
