We are looking for a PeopleSoft HR System Administrator 10months Fixed Term to join our HR Information Systems team. In this role, you will perform system configuration and security administration in PeopleSoft HR and Pega.
Manage and be responsible for the system configuration and security administration of Macquarie’s HCM system, PeopleSoft HR and Starters, Transfers, and Leavers system, Pega.
You’ll be part of the HR Information Systems team, which handles system setups such as organizational structure, email templates, holiday schedules, user roles, permissions, and user profiles.
As System Administrator, you will develop a working knowledge of PeopleSoft HR and Pega functionalities, as well as the support and change control processes.
You will be performing security reviews, system audits, and impact analysis. You will also work with stakeholders to identify changes to processes that improve accuracy and consistency of HR data.
This key role demands a confident, driven, and collaborative individual with a background in system administration. Your strong analytical and problem solving skills, curiosity, attention to detail, and ability to communicate with a broad range of stakeholders will be the key to your success in this role.
Having 2+ years experience in PeopleSoft system administration would be ideal. Your background on SQL, HTML, and strong Microsoft Excel skills is desirable.
