Your Role :

Worldwide level 1 and level 2 support for the network infrastructure

Maintenance, monitoring and ongoing support of the global Citco network, including WAN and LAN at the datacenters, remote offices worldwide, and external clients

Manage chronic problems to closure

Show good common sense and decision making criteria when supporting day-to-day operations

Troubleshooting within the network scope and outside into other technology areas in assistance of other IT groups

Conduct general network maintenance : software upgrades / patching of network devices (firewalls, routers, switches, SDWAN, etc).

Participate in the on-call support rotation with the flexibility with working shifts to meet the needs of the business across multiple time zones

About You :

Bachelor's Degree or technical qualification prevalent to the position

At least 5 years of experience related to networking with strong knowledge and extensive hands-on experience in the following areas and technologies : TCP / IP protocols (TCP, UDP, FTP, GRE, IPsec, etc.

OSPF multi-area.BGP v4 (iBGP and eBGP).Cisco routers, branch office to datacenter grade (ASR1000 series, ISR4000 series 2900 / 3900, etc.

Meraki switches and office / campus grade Cisco switches (MS250, MS425, Catalyst 3750, 3960, 2960).Cisco Nexus switches (Nexus Nexus 77xx, Nexus 9K, Nexus 3K).

Vmware Velocloud SDWAN.IPsec site-to-site VPNs, and remote access VPNs using Pulse and Palo Alto Global Protect.Firewalling, access lists, protocol inspection.

Palo Alto firewalls and their administration using Panorama. LAN switching, Spanning Tree protocol, VLANs, dot1Q trunking, LACP port-channels, vPC, VSS.

QOS on the LAN and WAN.Load balancing traffic across server farms, load balancing algorithms, health probes.F5 load balancers (F5 Big IP) or other load-balancer platforms.

Wide area network circuits and services (MetroE, OCxx, MPLS, DS1 / DS3, etc.)Clear understanding and proven experience on implementing network hardware redundancy.

Other helpful skills include : WAN acceleration / optimization (Riverbed Steelheads appliances).Dynamic routing interaction with ISPs using BGP.

Clear understanding of how network monitoring using ICMP and SNMP.Operational experience with TACACS+ / Radius authentication systems (Cisco ISE).

Experience with Netflow analysis and using Netflow collectors.Basic user level knowledge of Linux operating systems.

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to build relationships and work well across functions

Experience in a collaborative team environment, accepting workload and responsibilities

Must be able to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and have strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize and oversee multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment

Demonstrates a strong customer orientation, and strategic thinking with an entrepreneurial spirit
