Key Responsibilities Be responsible for the assigned Bid Management activities involving the owning of, support and preparation of the required collaterals for deal activity Preparation of fee schedules, proposals, sales decks & other collaterals Preparation of project plans & coordination of communications, deliverables and schedules for assigned deals Manage & coordinate key stakeholders -
internal and external business partners / colleagues across regions. Ensure timely turnaround on all assigned duties / deals in line with SLA’s.
Understand and resolve issues with different stakeholders. Monitor assigned on-going status of tasks including daily updates and facilitate calls to discuss progress or issues if required Update & maintenance of Bid related systems Global Bid Library (SharePoint), CRM, HotDOCS & any other related software systems Tracking, monitor activities & collection of data for Bid Management dashboard reporting and metrics.
Have a good level of critical thinking and logical review to ensure output is accurate and of the highest quality. Ability and skills to develop ideas to continuous process improvement initiatives.
Support Governance reviews and Gateway reviews when applicable. Developing a strong and respectful internal and external network is key for success.
Has to be seen as a business advisor respected by the knowledge, experience, contributions and quality of the deliverables.
