Monitor, log andrespond to incoming alarms and events via the Remote Monitoring Service Portal.
Perform complexparametric analysis and diagnostics.
Provideresolution to diagnosed events based on pre-defined set of procedures.
Keep track ofincident resolution until closure.
Proactivelymonitor status and coordinate / follow-up closure of open incidents withcounterparts.
Acts as atechnical resource and provide assistance to internal customers (CustomerEngineers (CE), Customer Resolution Center (CRC), and Points-of-Contact (POC).
Create batteryand UPS preventative maintenance reports which includes providing summaryequipment status and recommendations to customer consistent with Liebert’sservice standards.
Trend and analyzeequipment data parameters to identify issues before they become problems.
Coordinatewith internal and external customers incident about alarm statuses through thephone.
Bachelor’s Degree inElectrical, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering
2 years of professionalexperience in the field of electrical or mechanical servicing, installation,monitoring or maintenance
Experience withcomputer applications, including spreadsheets, database, and word processing,including excellent keyboard skills.
Working knowledgeof :
installation,start-up, commissioning, service and maintenance of three-phase UPS and HVAC;
commercialprocesses of service operations for building management system (BMS);
alarms monitoringof various types of equipment;
batterymaintenance and applications experience about high-reliability Power andTelecoms environment.
Proficient intechnical English, and business writing skills.
Goodcommunication and presentation skills in delivering technical issues tocustomers.
Excellent serviceorientation, attentiveness to details, and decision-making skills.
