You will have an opportunity to :

  • Assist the Director of Training and Development in leading the Learning and Development team
  • Coach and mentor line managers
  • Lead & facilitate training needs analysis and data collection exercises
  • Identify gaps and propose solutions to improve processes
  • Produce and present weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports
  • Strategize, plan and execute organizational development programs with clear measures of success
  • Develop in-house training content
  • Ad-hoc tasks, as required

  • 5+ years’ experience - Learning and Development
  • College / University degree or equivalent (preferred)
  • Ability to operate independently, with decision making skills in potentially high stress situations.
  • Detail and process oriented
  • Solution based thinking
  • Proactive and action oriented with proven ability to work with minimal supervision and direction
  • Flexibility to work autonomously in a start up environment, where constant change abounds
  • Excellent presentation / facilitation skills, with past experiences in a training / facilitation role
  • Superior written and verbal English language skills
  • Strong leadership and coaching ability
  • Ability to put complex theories into simple and easy to apply terms
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to work in a 24 X 7 rotating shift environment. Night shifts will be required
  • Willingness to travel
