Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Preferably with at least one year work experience in IT or Technical Support related field.
  • With acceptable knowledge and skills in networking e.g. Cisco, Linksys.
  • Willing to handle cases from Enterprise Customers through calls, email or chat.
  • Good English Communication skills.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
