Qualifications / Job Description :
As a HR Generalist, you will be in-charge of keeping track of employee information HR related administrative work. In addition, you will support the People Experience team on admin and other PX admin tasks and other projects or tasks given by your line manager.
HR generalist requires you to perform several diverse HR job duties, meaning those within this role can gain experience in multiple areas of human resources.
Also, this role requires a high level of attention to details, as well as the ability to manage strict deadlines for HR deliverable and reports.

Maintains employee records using our internal platforms
Proactively approach HR issues and provide quality practical solutions and advice
Manage HR Titan Case raised by employees
Strict adherence of case resolution SLA and providing excellent case resolution to the employee
Handle regulatory and HR governance queries, reports(e.g. SSS, PHIC, HDMF, etc.)
High quality generalist advice ie. Benefits, HRIS, Onboarding / Off-boarding
HR admin duties as required
Support both PX and CX as needed
Schedule : 9pm to 6am, Monday to Friday
