Job Description

  • Serve as primary contact for customers and be responsible for pre- and post-sales problem resolution.
  • Provide technical troubleshooting, product assessment and service option recommendations.
  • Consistently apply customer service communication engagement skills and in-depth knowledge of company products, audio / wireless / networking technologies, procedures, and alternatives to assess customer needs and resolve issues.
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • HS graduate and above
  • Above average English communication skills
  • Working knowledge of the latest home audio, wireless, home networking, and Bluetooth technology
  • Ability to manage and resolve highly technical troubleshooting issues involving consumer audio and home networking devices
  • Amenable to work on shifting schedule
  • Willing to work in Quezon City (C5 area)
  • SALARY PACKAGE :

  • Compensation - P17,000 to P19,000
